Prototype boards are shipped from Erode to your door by courier, charged at actual cost.

Send us existing boards for testing, debugging or reverse engineering.
Everything on record
Quotations, weekly timesheets and invoices are kept on record. From 25 November 2026 they all move into our secure customer portal, open around the clock.

Why outsource embedded product development to India?
You get an experienced hardware, PCB and firmware team at a lower cost than building one in-house, without losing control: you approve the specification, see every hour each week, and receive all design files and source code.
Do you work with clients in the USA, UK and Europe?
Yes. Most of the work is done from design files and video calls, so distance makes little difference. Prototypes are shipped to you by courier.
Which currency do you quote in?
Clients outside India are quoted and invoiced in US dollars.
How do we pay?
By international bank transfer (SWIFT) to our bank in India. Bank charges are paid by the sender. International card payments are coming soon.
Who owns the design?
You do. Once the work is paid for, the schematics, PCB files, Gerbers, bill of materials and firmware source code made for your product are handed over to you.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes. Send it to info@bfes.co.in before sharing confidential details, or ask for ours.
Can we send you our existing boards?
Yes, for testing, debugging or reverse engineering. Tell us in your request; customs and tax treatment for boards sent from abroad is explained in your quotation.
How do we communicate during the project?
In English, by email and video calls, with a named Project Head as your contact. Every week you receive a timesheet of the hours worked, by role and task.
