PCB design and layout
Layouts for 2 to 8 layer boards, checked for signal quality, heat and manufacturability.
Good hardware starts long before the PCB: with the right microcontroller, a power design that survives the real supply, and interfaces that tolerate the field.
We design microcontroller-based boards, controller boards for machines and industrial equipment, sensor interfaces and power supplies, then build prototypes to prove them.
The work
Parts chosen for availability, lifecycle and cost, with second sources wherever possible so a shortage does not stop your production.
Clear, reviewed schematics with design notes, so another engineer can understand every decision.
Regulators, protection, battery and charging circuits, sized for the real load and the real supply.
Sensors, relays, motors, displays, RS-485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular modules.
Prototype boards fabricated and assembled, brought up and debugged in our lab.
A review of your existing hardware design before you spend on fabrication.

Yours to keep, change and manufacture anywhere.
Before you ask
We choose the controller for your product rather than forcing one family. Common choices are STM32, ESP32, Nordic nRF, NXP, Microchip PIC and AVR, and Renesas parts.
Yes. We replace obsolete or hard-to-source parts and re-verify the board. See also our reverse engineering service if no design files exist.
We reply within 2–3 working days of your request. The quotation lists the scope, milestones, estimated hours per role and material costs.
