Working with us should be as clear as the work itself
We started Blackfox Embedded Solutions on 25 November 2020. Six years later, on 25 November 2026, we open our customer portal: a single place where you see your quotation, every hour of work, every invoice and every file.
What you will be able to do
Everything about your project, in one place
Send your requirement
Describe your product, choose the services you need and attach up to 10 files (25 MB each). We reply within 2–3 working days.
Quotations you can read
Scope, milestones, estimated hours per role and material costs, written out plainly. Every revision is kept, and you accept online.
Pay the advance your way
Pay online or by bank transfer. Attach your receipt and our system checks it for you. Clients outside India pay by international bank transfer (SWIFT).
Follow your project
A project code, a named Project Head as your contact, and a progress track from the first week to the final hand-over.
Approve weekly timesheets
Every week you see the hours worked, by role and task. You have three days to approve them or ask a question.
Invoices you can understand
A GST invoice every 4 weeks, only for hours you approved, with a “how was this calculated” breakdown. Download it as a PDF and pay online or by bank transfer.
Prototype materials, tracked
An advance for each prototype round, materials billed at actual cost, and any balance carried to the next round or refunded at the end.
Everything in one place
Quotations, receipts, timesheets and invoices are kept together and can be downloaded whenever you need them.

Private and secure
Your projects stay yours
Only you and the BFES engineers working on your project can open your files. Your account is verified by email, and every action on a project is recorded.
