Hardware reverse engineering and redesign

Sometimes the design files are lost, the original supplier has closed, or a part has gone obsolete. We study the existing board and give you a design you can maintain, improve and manufacture.

We take on reverse engineering only where you own the product or have the right to redesign it.

Before you ask

Common questions

Is reverse engineering legal?

It is when you own the product or hold the rights to redesign it, for example your own discontinued product or equipment you maintain. We ask about this before quoting.

How long does a quotation take?

We reply within 2–3 working days of your request. The quotation lists the scope, milestones, estimated hours per role and material costs.
