How is maintenance charged?
On time and material, like our design projects: you see the hours each week and approve them before they are invoiced.
Can you maintain a product another company designed?
Yes. Share the design files and firmware source if you have them; if not, we start with a review or reverse engineering.
How long does a quotation take?
We reply within 2–3 working days of your request. The quotation lists the scope, milestones, estimated hours per role and material costs.
